Our courses

We offer a 3 step program in which your child has the ability to grow from 0 experience

in the water into being a confident, safe and happy swimmer. This is all possible in only

30 days. All course options consist of 20 sessions each.

Step 1. Self Rescue Course (10 consecutive days) 

Infants nine months (crawling) to twelve months can learn to:

  • hold their breath in the water

  • roll over onto their back when they need to breathe 

  • float, relax and breathe until rescued by an adult

  • perform these skills fully clothed

 

Some infants may even learn to propel a short distance through the water between two parents

                                                                                                                                                                                       

Children who are walking (starting from 1 year old until as old as 6 years) can learn to:

 

  • use breath control underwater

  • roll over onto their back when they need to breathe

  • Float, relax and breathe until rescued by an adult

  • swim with their face in the water to a safe place/parent

  • perform these skills fully clothed

All lessons are one on one with an instructor. All course options consist of 20 sessions each

We offer a 10 day/2-week course where your child will swim 4 or 5 times a week, two sessions per day, for 15 minutes. You only need to drive once a day to our pool, because the two sessions will both be given in the morning or afternoon with a 15-minute break.

Step 2. Swim - Float - Swim Course (10 consecutive days)

Our Swim – Float – Swim Course is offered for all children who have successfully completed our Self Rescue Course and will take them further onto their swim journey.

SFS is also the next step towards real swimming. Depending on the age and the ability to kick their legs, your child will learn to swim from one point to another on their own. They learn to swim a certain distance until they need to breathe, and then turn on their back to breathe and swim on.

Step 3. Swim Training Course (10 consecutive days)

For children who are already independent in the water and for those who have completed our Self Rescue and Swim Float Swim programs, we offer a 10-day swimming training course. We begin to refine all of the strokes, starts, water entry, turning, diving, breath control including bilateral breathing. Our approach is to work with each child's individual abilities. We assess each child's strengths and challenges. We always integrate our self rescue technique into every course.


All lessons are one on one with an instructor. All course options consist of 20 sessions of 15 minutes each we offer a 10 day/2-week course where your child will swim 4 or 5 times a week, two sessions per day, for 15 minutes. You only need to drive once a day to our pool, because the two sessions will both be given in the morning in the morning or afternoon  with a 15-minute break.

Pre Self Rescue (baby swimming)

Pre self rescue swimming Classes are specifically designed to introduce your baby to the water in a fun and loving environment and prepare them for their swimming journey and the next step Self Rescue course. Classes are for babies and toddlers from 6 weeks upwards to join their parents in the water for 30 minutes of fun. Swimming is a bonding experience for parents and their baby, improving vital motor skills and offering a healthy activity for the body and mind. We have a holistic approach, using modalities such as Watsu and meditative breathing in our courses.


We offer weekly morning and afternoon classes. 5 babies maximum per group. Mammas or daddys in the pool 

Post Self Rescue (Maintenance)

In our Post Self rescue lessons, we will take your child further onto their swim journey. Through playing and learning after having completed the course, your child will enjoy the water even more!

We offer:

 

  • Post self rescue maintenance lesson, 15 min per lesson 

Post self lesson type depends on the age and ability of the child and is at the instructor's discretion.
